Rates

Hourly Rate (3-hour minimum)

Medium Rooms - $60

Large Conference Room - $75

Daily Flat Rate

Medium Rooms - $400

Large Conference Rooms - $500

Three Room Package - $1000

Please note that a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. All cancellations will incur a $75 non-refundable processing fee.

Directions

When Driving North on 101 Fwy

(Drive time is approximately 2 minutes from the Freeway)

  1. Exit the 101 Freeway North at Hampshire Road. 

  2. Turn Left onto Hampshire Road and proceed for 0.4 mile.  

  3. Turn Left from the outer lane onto Townsgate Road and turn right into the first drive way.

  4. 600 Hampshire Road is on the right (South East corner).             

When Driving South on 101 Fwy

(Drive time is approximately 2 minutes from the Freeway)

  1. Exit the 101 Freeway South at Hampshire Road. 

  2. Turn Right onto Hampshire Road and proceed for 0.1 mile.  

  3. Turn Left from the outer lane onto Townsgate Road and turn right into the first drive way.

  4. 600 Hampshire Road is on the right (South East corner).
